Over a career spanning twenty-five years, Martin has successfully led organizations to drive change. He has consulted with thousands of individuals and devoted more than 20,000 hours to guiding leaders.
He is also a professional speaker, author, and facilitator that works extensively with CEOs and other business leaders to enhance their professional effectiveness and create tangible and sustainable results within their organizations.
His quest for answers led him to create the Five Core Principles outlined in his book, “Reversing the Senses”, a well-regarded book in the field of understanding human consciousness. Today, he lives by those principles and teaches them to other high achievers and leaders, helping others avoid the pitfalls that success often brings.
As a former CEO with experience in healthcare and other service-related industries, Martin brings significant leadership skills helping individuals and organizations move to a higher level of achievement.
Martin received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Redlands. He earned a master’s degree in Psychology from California Graduate Institute. Currently, he is an active participant in Young Presidents/World Presidents Organization, the global leadership community of more than 30,000 chief executives in 142 countries. He also is an active member of the Social Enterprise Network that is committed to corporate social responsibility in the world community.
